We also have Citrix server capabilities that provide our clients with the ability to complete online submissions, status checks, and report viewing. Additional services include check acquisitions, delivery to and from your office for signature, and mailing. Courier services are included and cover the greater Des Moines area.

Kathy Ermels
Kathy has been in the bookkeeping industry for over 25 years. It runs in the family as her husband is a CPA. They live in Urbandale where they raised four children and are now enjoying their many grandchildren. Kathy is an active participant in several local community events and Commerce Chambers.
Becky Smith
Becky has been a dedicated bookkeeper for almost fifteen years. She lives for tax season! She resides in Dexter where her favorite spot is sitting by her lake. Becky enjoys spending time with her family as well as her charitable events.
Jackie Wilson
As a valued employee, Jackie has been with The Bookkeepers family for almost ten years. Jackie is a proud mustang from Prairie City where she lives with her husband and three children.
